Thank you to our many partners who have already completed their office setup-up and enrollment at our Enterprise Management Portal (EMP) and if offering financial products to clients, submitted your bank application and completed compliance testing with your selected banking partner and ordered supplies!
If you have not yet started or completed your office setup and enrollment at EMP, we are sharing another important reminder to complete this process now!
All renewed partners should have received an automated Office Setup & Bank Enrollment is Now Open communication from notifications@erosupport.com, containing easy step-by-step instructions for completing office setup and enrollment at EMP.
Don’t forget…
- All partners must complete their office setup process at EMP in order to transmit ANY tax returns (including prior years).
- For our returning partners, information is automatically carried forward from the previous year and in most cases, simply requires a careful review.
- Pre-ACK Products are expected to be available on January 2nd. If you are also offering financial products to your clients, you must first complete your enrollment at EMP, secure approval from your selected banking partner and complete compliance testing in order to participate in this popular offering.
Important Note to our Service Bureau Partners: Please ensure your sub-sites are aware of this important information. Remember, enrollment for your sub-sites cannot be completed until you first activate your Main Site at EMP and then activate the Sub-sites you’ll be working with for this upcoming tax season.
By taking steps now to complete your office setup and enrollment (and compliance testing with your selected banking partner), you’ll be doing your part to ensure you’re ready to serve your clients ahead of the competition.
